The Business-Friendly Cities Report is now in its fifth year and is the result of a survey run by Emerging Europe with over 100 site selection and location promotion experts and FDI advisers across the world.

The Index is part of the Future of Emerging Europe programme, a major project that brings together like-minded, leading organisations that want to make a meaningful impact on the region's future.
